Create a BEAUTIFUL Journal dedicated to your baby or children. You don't have to write in it everyday but when you WANT or NEED to jot down a memory or jot down a milestone......PICK up the journal and take NOTE. If, in the future you are having a tough day....pick up the journal and read what you wrote.......sometimes journals can be better than images......you can feel the emotions in the words you create.#sacredbeginnings
